Terms and Conditions

  1. This document sets out the Terms applicable to the Promotion. 
  2. The Promotion is available to all Participants who fund their Account with an Initial Deposit between 22 June 2015 at 00.01BST and 31 July 2015 at 23:59BST, inclusive. 
  3. Accounts which are introduced by a referral agent and/or managed by an asset manager are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  4. Once the Initial Deposit has been made by the Participant, ADSSL will credit the Account with GBP50/USD80/EUR70. This may be used to place trades in over the counter foreign exchange, metals, contracts for difference and spread betting.
  5. The Participant may withdraw funds in the Account only once the Trading Requirements have been achieved. If the Trading Requirements are not satisfied during the Promotional Period, the Bonus will be removed from the Account.
  6. The Promotion is valid for residents of the countries listed here. Each Participant is restricted to one (1) Account. Any Participant that attempts to utilise or utilises more than one Account will be immediately disqualified from the Promotion.
  7. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by ADSSL or any of its affiliates.
  8. By taking part in this Promotion the Participant will be deemed to have read, received, understood and accepted all Terms.
